Being from Texas and Louisiana, we grew up with a love for Shaved Ice, Well, down there we call 'em Snoballs. When we moved to the Midwest, we would still go back home during the summer to visit family and enjoy the food. Of course one of our favorite treats was the refreshing, finely shaved Snoballs found in local neighborhoods. When we returned to the Chicagoland area we were still craving these treats, but we couldn't find anything close to the Southern Style Snoballs we had grown to love. So, we decided to bring a taste of the South to Chicago.

Since we launched our business in the summer of 2015, we have enjoyed doing festivals, fairs, corporate events, sporting events, and private parties Our biggest pleasure is sharing our hospitality and seeing the joy on our customers' faces when they take their first bite and realize that it's not your normal Snoball.
